Taking a look at.......The Vermont Catamounts

Last season was probably a sub par season for the Cats considering they made it past the Hockey East quarterfinals the previous three years (2008 they lost in the Championship to BC) and even made the "Frozen Four" in 2009. Kevin Sneddon in my opinion is doing a great job at UVM. They are consitantly in the top 6 in Hockey East and seem to beat the "big four" every once and a while. This year UVM losses star goalie Rob Madore but returns Sebastian Stalberg, Drew MacKenzie, and Matt Marshall. The Cats suffered a huge blow in the middle of last season when their best player Wahsontiio Stacey left the team to focus on school, he will not return this year. I think UVM wil easily make the playoffs once agian, but fall in the first round to UNH as the sixth seed.

Key returnees- Drew MacKenzie, Connor Brickley, Sebastian Stalberg.

Key Losses- Madore, Stacey.

Prediction- Loose to UNH in first round.
